We hope you love and enjoy your Rusty Threads purchase! We also know that things happen and if for any reason, you need to return an item, we would love to accommodate you by offering an online store credit. Return Policy
***PLEASE INSPECT ALL MERCHANDISE UPON ARRIVAL***
We offer online store credit within 14 DAYS from the date you receive your order on item(s) (items must meet return criteria) except on all FINAL SALE items. Online Store credits are not eligible to be redeemed in-store and will be applied to the price of the item and not to shipping. You will receive an email once we receive the return with the applied online store credit that has been issued. Rusty Threads reserves the right to deem ANY sale as a “FINAL SALE” and reserves the right to classify any item as NON-RETURNABLE at its discretion. If any item does not return meet the return policy, it will not qualify as an acceptable return and no credit will be issued.
Return Criteria
All items must be returned to us with the invoice and in the original condition, that they were received:
- Items must have original tags attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items must be odor-free (cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.)
- Items must be stain-free (deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, etc.)
- All items are inspected on return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer as FINAL SALE.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless there is an was an error made by Rusty Threads.
- Damaged items must be reported to us within 3 DAYS from the date you receive your item(s). Tags must still be attached and reported to us BEFORE wearing the item. Please refer to the Damage Item(s) overview below for additional information.
- Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout
Final Sale items cannot be returned:
- Gift items (candles, etc.)
- Sale Items Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale
- of 25% off or more
- Hats
Damaged Items
You will need to email us within 3 days from the date you received your item(s). Please send an email to rustythreadsonline@gmail.com with “Damaged Item (your invoice number)” as the subject title. The email must provide photos of the damaged item(s) and we do not guarantee hats, items shrinking, etc. no exceptions will be made.
We will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you received it. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 14 day return period or they will be rejected once they are received.
Returning Items
Once you have filled out the return request and received a return authorization, ship it back to the following address:

Return items will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receiving the return. Any items sent back to us that are NOT in compliance with our return policy will be deemed non-returnable and no online credit issued.
If you return an item and we determine it does not adhere to our return criteria, we will notify you.
You will have 30 days to arrange return shipping to you at your cost. After 30 days, if arrangements haven’t been made, we will donate the item.
